Chicken Cordon Bleu

As promised, here is the recipe for the Chicken Cordon Bleu that I made the other day!  It is one of Matt's favorite foods and his Mom gave me the recipe at my bridal shower.  I was excited to take this one on since I have never made it before, and the recipe was way easier than I could have imagined.  It turned out delicious!
