Something about the warm weather, bright sunshine, and pretty pastels has me eager to change the decor in the apartment...unfortunately the urge to spring clean is yet to rear it's ugly head, but I fear it's coming soon.
Last week I saw on Pinterest where you take little dixie cups, wrap scrap paper around them and put them over a string of lights to make your own little lanterns...
I made them and 1) they were a pain and 2) they looked ugly as a whole strand of them were hung up...
Then I saw on Pinterest where you could make yarn Easter Eggs out of thread, water balloons, and liquid starch. (all 3 things I did NOT have and took FOREVER to find - thank you Siri for telling me where to find Liquid Starch)
So...this is what I came up with by combining the two crafts...I'm not totally unhappy with the end result, but mark my words I will NEVER attempt either of those crafts again! (You're welcome, Matt)
