Our gym has a flat screen t.v on every machine and I've never appreciated it more than I did last night!
Monday night football got me through my workout. I used to say that I hated going to the gym at night and it was just miserable (I'm still not totally set on it) but during football season, I'm thinking that Monday night workouts actually might be possible!
Any suggestions to stay motivated about working out? Matt and I struggle with this literally daily!
