Recipe

Last night I decided to try out Creamy Orzo Risotto with Butternut Squash.

Problem #1) I had no idea what orzo was
Problem #2) I had no idea what risotto meant
Problem #3) I had never bought a butternut squash
Problem #4) I walked into the grocery store before solving these problems...

My trip started with a phone call to Matt...

Me "Matt are you at home"
Matt "Yeah, why"
Me "Can you google...what the h*** orzo is"
Matt laughing "yeah..."
Me "I swear the picture looked like rice and I've been up and down this d*** aisle 100 times"
Matt "It's pasta"
Me "S***"

Clearly I was in a great mood...after finding all of my ingredients - I almost had to make another call to Matt and ask how in the world you're supposed to know if a butternut squash is ripe...I guessed.

Bottom line, the recipe turned out great.  Not very filling, probably because there is no meat.  Since I had just gone to the gym it made me feel good eating it!  Originally I got the recipe from weight watchers, but I linked to another one that was easier to find!
